2/4/2012Charlene Barach75.49To Yea, to Murrindindi, and back. Our route included flat land, gradual climbs, steep climbs, descents (of course), wind and heat (shade temperature: 31C, road temperature: 35C). There was quite a bit of variety all the way along.
2/4/2012Deacon Matthew Levy50Solo ride, on Redline Conquest Team: Cyclo-Cross, Commuter, 46:23-13, AM was 35 F, PM was 40 F, Winds from ENE 15 - 20 mph, damp morning from overnight rain, but no snow or ice! Watertown Loop X 10, 3 hours 10 minutes (190 minutes), 50 miles. Avg Spd = 16.0 mph. Ending weight = 151.8 pounds. Split ride up in 2 parts, came in for some warm food and coffee while light rain showers subsided. I may be experiencing a slight bit of over training or I may be coming down with a little cold, it's hard to tell. Lower back ache and soreness usually is my early sign. I think I need some warm weather. I am very impressed with the Big Dogs mileage count so far. These mileages often weren't reached until March. The Floridians, Texans and Larry Z are doing great. Great job everyone. Life is good!!! State of Fatigue = Medium
